Maximiliane Ruhl
CEO
Maxi is the cofounder and CEO of ValueHigher. After graduating from LMU in 2017 with a Bachelors in Business Administration, Maxi knew the importance of ATS systems and how it was being implemented to check potential employees. What Maxi knew, however, the rest of her graduating class did not. Maxi saw this as an opportunity to open the world of Human Resources in the digital age and help leverage graduating seniors in the workforce to put their best foot forward - on the CV and on their social. Through ValueHigher, Maxi has helped over 10,000 young adults land their dream job and continue to excel in the modern day work field.
Doris Bao
CTO
Doris is the brains behind the operation. As ValueHigher’s cofounder and Chief Technology Officer, Doris has designed and maintains the way ValueHigher scans, scores and improves user’s CV and digital footprint. Doris graduated from Stanford University in 2004, right before the technology boom really accelerated. Having worked for Google for the past 10 years, Doris knew the cutting edge technology that was being designed and developed. Doris also noticed the trending importance of using technology to identify talented individuals - whether that be in the working world, music world or tech world. When approached by Maxi to open a company using technology to highlight student’s best self, Doris jumped at the chance. Now in her 5th year at ValueHigher, Doris is constantly thinking of new ways to bring the ever-evolving technological world to graduating individuals.
Molly McLoughlin
CER
Making sure our clients are happy and hired - this is Molly’s motto. Molly is ValueHigher’s cofounder and Customer Experience Representative, touching base with all those who download and progress through ValueHigher’s services. With a Bachelors in Psychology from Butler University located in the US, Molly loves working with people, especially fresh new college students eager to start their career. Having worked in Customer Experience for the last 3 years, Molly felt working for ValueHigher perfectly aligned with her vision. Molly loves helping young individuals reach their highest potential and knows ValueHigher is the best place to be to make hers, and their, dreams a reality.
Niall Godfrey
CMO
Head researcher, social media king and recruiting tycoon, Niall truly does it all. As cofounder and Chief Marketing Officer, Niall touches every aspect of ValueHigher and his work has undeniably affected thousands of young individuals - in the best way possible. After graduating from University College Dublin with a bachelors in Human Resources, Niall did not just want to work shuffle papers and people. When Niall found ValueHigher through his own research, he knew this was a company he wanted to have some hands on experience with. While Niall progressed through his own social media, he also took a liking to using social media to leverage yourself and businesses. Niall saw an opportunity to grow ValueHigher through events that would attract more users and therefore, more job opportunities. Niall loves being a part of the ValueHigher team and sees his role advancing alongside the growth of ValueHigher in the next couple of months and years.
